SPRING AT HAYNE HOUSE AS FEATURED IN YOUR KENT WEDDING MAGAZINE
The new Orangery at Hayne House was a wonderful setting for My Wedding Professional’s spring styled shoot. With natural light streaming through the lantern ceilings it was a perfect light and airy spring day.
The Orangery is nestled near the house with the gardens wrapping around it, creating the lovely blend of elegant inside space and stunning outdoor views.
To compliment the feel of the venue we chose a classic soft flowing gown, teamed with exquisite simple styling in blush tones that is very much on trend, then added deep raspberry to give vibrancy and colour.
HOW WE GOT THE LOOK.
Elizabeth Joseph Love chose a pretty, pink shimmer for the eyelids to reflect the natural light, with darker pinks and browns to sculpt the crease. Long, bold lashes were added for extra drama and this monochromatic look was completed with a deep, raspberry lip.
Angela from RKW Hair said she was inspired by the the venue grounds and the English garden feel.
“I went for soft and romantic hair to complement the soft fabric of the bridal gown.
Accessories were chosen with the colours complementing the flowers and venue colours/decor.”
The stunning Stella York 6707 affectionately named at Victoria’s Bridal Boutique as “Mia” has a romantic skirt and boho lace bodice with a deep V-neckline, halter inspired straps and a jaw dropping completely open back.
The soft tulle skirt has a small train that makes dancing a breeze. It’s perfect for a bride looking for comfort and romance with a unique and modern twist.
THE FLOWER GIRLS
Every little girl dreams of being a princess and with the Cindy flower girls dress, she can. These gorgeous little gowns are made from a soft lining for comfort, a tulle over lay and completed with an elegant beaded belt. They start at 6 months and go up to an age 12.
By Blossom wanted to convey the feeing of being in the Orangery – half inside, half out… undercover but light and airy, just a step away from the beautiful gardens.
Our laser cutter allowed us to experiment with different shapes and we created the ‘garden gateway’ design, with windows reminiscent of the orangery, and roses and foliage inspired by the gardens.
Shelley’s Cakes creating an amazing 3 tier wedding cake that perfectly complimented the white and pink colour scheme. Not only was the top adorned with pretty flowers, the cake included ruffles and drip features, all very on trend at the moment!
